Victor Luria

Victor Luria: A former rescue diver and Navy Seal, Victor later joined the Secret Service, in which capacity he was given a fateful assignment in 2017 on a ship in the North Atlantic -- a diplomatic vessel used as legal and strategic cover by several key progenitors of what would become the Triantarchy. Victor acquired "smoking gun" evidence of their plans and, haunted by his subsequent failure to act, finally opts to turn it over to Alma deep within the tunnels of the Chicago Subway. Victor and his cause are linked to Tim through a mysterious connection, of which he and Tim know virtually nothing.
