Chakana

Description

A variant on the Chakana Cross of the ancient Inca Empire, a religious symbol that represents the unseen bonds between the heavens and the earth. The Chakana symbol appeared on the monitors of machines infected by a baffling computer virus in May of 2025, characterized by screens filled with intensive computations of unknown meaning or origin. Tim learns of the so-called Chakana Virus while en route to assist Rachel Bloom amid the unsettling incidents and the spreading psychosis overtaking her patients at Oak Ridge National Laboratories, puzzling over its meaning and later suspecting a direct connection with the Oak Ridge phenomena.
